I've been working with Richard at Home Care Assistance in North Olmsted with regards to the in-home care for my 94-year-old Mother. Richard took the time to walk me through the options available and tailored a plan that fit my present budget. Our in-home caregiver, Mary, is a delight and my Mother looks forward to her visits. Mary is always on time, always very friendly. We outlined for her the things we expected to be done during her visits, and she has gone above and beyond. At times, she'll make suggestions that result in improved care for my mother. My brothers and sisters who live out of State are also very pleased with the care, based on the comments about Mary that they hear in their conversations with my mother. For us, Home Care Assistance in North Olmsted was the right choice.

The Home Care Assistance staff showed professionalism and compassion during my aunt’s illness and up to the time of her passing. It was a very difficult time for us but with their help it lessened the burden for us, since she needed round the clock care.
