What it costs depends on the level of care needed. Every patient is individually evaluated and the level of care increases as they age.

This is something we cannot know. We are merely people living across the country and in some instances across the world caring for elders. You will need to research this one with phone calls to facilities in your area. Wishing you the best of luck. Another possibility might be for you to check with an agency that takes seniors around looking at facilities; they often can give you a sort of snap shot of Board and Care versus Nursing Home versus ALF or MC in your area. They WILL be nosey and want to know what access to finances the senior has. But you may meanwhile get some sort of snapshot of information.
