Find Care & Housing
Be certain first that this is something your loved one WANTS and would be happy to attend.
Then check senior day care in your area online.
Call your local council on aging.
Call any senior centers in your area for guidance and pointers in the right direction.
Ask your own doctor.
This is a matter of researching online what is available to you in your own area.
Wishing you the best.
You may also want to go to the top aqua blue timeline on AgingCare here and go to the search bar. There type in the words "senior day care" and you will see the many times this question is asked and hopefully get some guidance from the many suggestions and answers. Again, good luck.

Adult Daycare Centers are a great place for elders to go. They can go up to 5 days a week and 8 hours a day. They offer breakfast, lunch and a snack, and have different activities every day to keep the folks entertained.
Of course there is a cost but if money is an issue they do offer some financial help, or if your dad is a veteran, they help pay for it as well.
Senior Services have different programs as well, along with the Shepherd Center if you're fortunate enough to have one of those in your area.
