Find Care & Housing
OMG. This is a terrible outcome. You are being taken advantage of, and your sister needs much more help than you and mom can provide.

She needs to be in a facility where professionals can help her. Don’t think of it as “putting” her somewhere but as getting her help.

If you go on like this and have a stroke, who will take care of you and the children?

Take action NOW. I’m very sorry, but it’s obvious that you’re way in over your head.

I see answers here, and for me there is no body of this message. I see only the question "How do we proceed". I also have nothing in the profile of the OP.
Are others seeing a question here, because there are two answers.

There is no body to this question. I can only guess that perhaps the OP deleted it after posting it???
And the only thing in her profile is that she's caring for someone who's 30, incontinent and had a stroke.

You have your hands full with all of this. Of course, you are feeling overwhelmed. I’m sorry that you are in this position.

Therapy only works if a person is honest. Do you attend therapy with her? Would she be willing to have you participate in therapy? How would she react if you gently told the therapist that she isn’t telling the entire story?

How old is your sister? And her child? Your mom?

Did she do home health care after receiving rehab? Was it ordered? Can you speak to the doctor about it?

What was shared from the staff about her progress after doing rehab?

Tell us more information please.

She’s taking care of her sister who had a stroke and has gained 60 pounds. All sis wants to do is eat. OP is also taking care of sister’s child in addition to her own four kids. Mom helps but still works. I think they all live together? There’s more but you get the idea.
