Find Care & Housing
A little more information would be nice but I am going to take a stab at this from reading your profile.
Is your wife eligible for Hospice? If so many of the supplies are provided by Hospice. Much equipment would also be provided. As well as help several times a week from a CNA that would help with bathing, bedding changes and ordering supplies. A Nurse would also visit once a week at least, more often if needed. And medications would be delivered to you.
Now I have to ask is it you that is the Veteran or your wife? The VA has support groups for caregivers. If it is your wife that is the Veteran there are many programs that will help you keep her at home and provide you with some caregivers (not a lot of hours but it depends on the programs) And there are some Adult Day programs available.

If you can post an update as to exactly what type of help you are looking for it might help with better answers and suggestions.

Sorry you seem to be still having problems. You have gotten some good previous answers on other posts. Did you call your VA dept in your county? There is Aids and Attendance for Vets who served during a war. Spouses can get it to. Depending on ur income you may qualify for Medicaid in home. Have you called Office on Aging?
