If they have somehow obtained guardianship, then it would be difficult to act against their wishes. If they don’t have guardianship, and you are legally married, I would think you would have more rights legally than they do. Marriage usually trumps close family members legally. More information is needed here to give you better advice.

See a lawyer. A very good reason needs to be given why you cannot talk to your spouse.

You have legal recourse.
If you have done that and find that there are no avenues open to you legally then you have no recourse and should get on with your life.
