You should seek urgent medical advice.

You should do that anyway; but perhaps you are afraid that this is connected to whatever it was that forced you to have a hysterectomy at age 21?

If so, and it's making you afraid to see your doctor, then think this through.

Option 1. You can do nothing; but then even if this goes away on its own it's still going to worry you indefinitely, and if it doesn't it will only get worse.

Option 2. You can get yourself examined, and then: a) it will be an unexplained blip and nothing to worry about; or b) there will be a simple explanation and simple treatment; or c) there is something more serious to be investigated, in which case the earlier you get onto it the better.

As you can see, I am strongly in favour of Option 2! Please do get help, and let us know how you're getting on.
