Call the Alzheimer's Assn at 800-272-3900 or your local Area Agency on Aging. They should be able to provide you with support groups in your area. I've been facilitating support groups for a couple of years and the COVID pandemic has put an end to face to face meetings. I now do them virtually so there is a possibility of you joining a group.
