I sent her some packages from Amazon with her name on them. The nursing home said that she didn't get her packages. I don't believe them. I already tracked them. Is any other residents having problems getting their mail during Covid 19 ?

I would call the admin and tell them what's been happening (assuming it is more than one incident). Show them the tracking info. Ask who normally receives the packages and how they are distributed. You/your sister should at least be compensated for the losses by the facility. Then ask how this can be prevented in the future. Sounds like they have a sloppy process or are overwhelmed with other issues. Some places are still quarantining packages due to covid, like my MIL's facility is.

There should be a signature of the person who received them. Doubt if they were left outside the facility.

Amazon doesn’t usually require a signature and due to COVID a lot of facilities DO require the carrier to leave the packages outside, they won’t allow the carrier inside the facility

If the Amazon packages are being sent by the postal service, people aren't getting the packages on time. Some say it takes 2 weeks to get a package through the postal service. Don't even get me started on the postal service, I WORK THERE!
